mocopi has been updated and is now available with SlimeVR. We have compared it with the previous version and reviewed it.
As a conclusion, the movement is significantly better than before and when used as a full tiger on VRchat, it is totally easier to use than the previous one. The tracking is also very good, so we recommend switching to SlimeVR if you have it, and SlimeVR is better for future users. More information can be found below

mocopi The movement is much better than before, and as a full tiger on VRchat, it is much easier to use than before. The tracking of foot movements is also much improved. If you want to start fulltrax casually, I think mocopi is fine, and as of January 2024, it is available immediately.

Here is a comparison video taken on VRchat. In the end, the movement is slow and subtle compared to the others. In this case, only mocopi was done with QuestPro + VirtualDesktop + Quest Pro Con, so the movement near the tip of the hand is not helpful at all. The others are done with IndexHMD + Index controller. Even without that, the movement of mocopi is subtle. If you go further, it’s still the same to get misaligned.

Well, it can be used outside and has some characteristics that other devices don’t have, so I guess that’s something to be said for it. Also, the chest tracker belt, which I think is for the head, is very tight. It is very tight. It is impossible for fat people. However, it is by far optimized for VRchat compared to the previous version. Previously, you had to look at your phone screen to calibrate it, but this time it’s SlimeVR, so you can adjust it while wearing the goggles

To put it the other way around, SlimeVR is software for fulltrains that is suited for VRchat, etc. in the first place, so I wanted this to be a priority over OSC and lower body mode support in VRchat I think that’s the real intention of people who are using mocopi’s full tiger. However, I think it’s great that Sony is still continually updating it after a year.
