Q1. How is the Vive tracker fixed?

It is secured with an Eoz tracker belt and garter belt.

Q2. Why do you use a garter belt to hold them in place as well as a tracker belt?

There are two reasons. With only a tracker belt, once the belt is displaced, it must be repositioned. The sense of immersion is reduced. Therefore, the tracker belt is connected to the hanger with a garter belt so that it can be restored to its original position even after prolonged operation.The other reason is that you can put them all together and hang them on a hanger so that they can be put on immediately.If I want to move only my legs, I only need to put on the leg belt.

Q3. What kind of moves will I be able to do?

The wiggling and jumping movements shown in the picture below will allow you to move many times over a long period of time. With only a tracker belt, the belt would shift or be too tight, reducing the immersive experience.

Q4. How long does it take to install?

It usually takes less than 2 minutes to put on 11 points. 30 seconds for both legs only. If it takes more than 2 minutes, I usually darken the room to make it brighter, or I do it while doing other things (preparing drinks, going to the bathroom, etc.).

Q6. Do you prefer Eoz for foot belts? or should it be attached to the shoe?
It depends on the move. For feet, it is better to wear them on shoes than on Eoz tracker belts, because it is more difficult for the sole of the shoe to bend, so you can’t do movements like limping, but it is better for recreating strenuous movements like dancing or outside exercise.
If you choose between Eoz and other belts, I recommend Eoz. With other belts, it is more likely to come off and need to be fixed in the process, and the immersion is much less.
